NAT Cargo Enterprise Ltd was founded to address a critical gap in the marine supply chain: the reliable, global delivery of high-precision emissions control chemicals.
NAT Cargo Enterprise Ltd was founded at Unit B & C, Ladfordfields Industrial Estate, Seighford, Stafford (ST18 9QE) – a strategic base from which we now deliver AUS40, EFFINOX, and DEF SOLUTIONS to over 200 ports across six continents.
We are not just a supplier. We are a technical partner – from the first fill of a new-build SCR system to the 500th just-in-time delivery at a congested global port.
NAT Cargo Enterprise Ltd delivers to over 200 ports across six continents. Every delivery is backed by local agents, customs expertise, and real-time vessel tracking.
At NAT Cargo Enterprise Ltd, every delivery of AUS40, EFFINOX-certified reagents, or DEF SOLUTIONS follows a disciplined workflow – from temperature-controlled storage to on-vessel verification. Below, we break down the key processes behind each service, so you can see exactly how we deliver certainty, not just chemicals.

Before any AUS40 leaves our Stafford headquarters, it rests in our temperature-controlled facility. Maintained strictly between 5°C and 25°C, every ISO tank is monitored 24/7 to prevent freezing or degradation.

EFFINOX-certified reagents meet stricter purity tolerances than standard AUS40. Before any EFFINOX batch leaves our facility, we verify compatibility with leading SCR catalyst manufacturers – including MAN, Wärtsilä, and WinGD.

For truck fleets, bus depots, and industrial facilities, we supply DEF Solutions in bulk – delivered directly to your storage tanks. Our dedicated dispensing systems ensure clean, contamination-free transfer every time.
Here are answers to the most common questions about AUS40, EFFINOX, and DEF SOLUTIONS. Need more? Contact our technical team – we’re happy to help.
AUS40 contains 40% high-purity urea, while standard DEF (AdBlue) contains 32.5%. AUS40 is specifically formulated for marine Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems on ocean-going vessels, offering higher efficiency for larger engines. DEF (ISO 22241) is designed for road vehicles, auxiliary engines, and off-road machinery. Both are high-purity products, but they are not interchangeable. NAT Cargo supplies both – so you get the right product for your application, every time.
The EFFINOX green caveat refers to the strict IMO and engine manufacturer requirements for reduction agents used in advanced SCR systems. Standard urea solutions may contain trace impurities (such as biuret, aldehydes, or metal ions) that can degrade sensitive catalyst coatings over time. EFFINOX-certified reagents meet tighter purity tolerances, ensuring full compatibility with SCR catalysts from manufacturers like MAN, Wärtsilä, and WinGD. Choosing EFFINOX protects your catalyst investment and maintains Tier III compliance.
We provide every customer with a digital refractometer calibrated for either AUS40 (target 40%) or DEF Solutions (target 32.5%). Before you accept any delivery, you take a small sample from the transfer line, place 2-3 drops on the refractometer prism, and read the result within 3 seconds. The display will show a clear PASS or FAIL. You only accept the delivery if the reading is within specification. Every shipment also comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting batch test results.
Whether you need a one-off delivery, a long-term supply agreement, or technical support for a new-build project, our team is ready to help. Request a quote today. We’ll respond within 4 hours.
Every batch of AUS40 and every DEF solution we deliver is certified to ISO 18611 or ISO 22241 standards. We provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with each shipment. For EFFINOX-compliant products, we supply additional verification of compatibility with specific SCR catalyst systems.

AUS40 freezes at 0°C and degrades above 30°C. DEF solutions have similar sensitivities. We maintain strict 5°C to 25°C temperature controls across all storage facilities and dedicated transport fleets – from warehouse to vessel manifold.
